I haven't been with Instagram for long either, but I gather they are both owned by the same company. I love my Instagram feed because it is full of beautiful art... things I really want to see. Whereas I tend not to scroll through Facebook very much at all because I am quickly overwhelmed by political posts, images of animal cruelty, public arguments and adverts, none of which I want to see! I get very little engagement on my Facebook fan page, simply because it doesn't seem to reach many people, but I have made most of my sales through being seen on my Facebook personal timeline, even though I have a website. Instagram however seems very different. I seem to get one or two new followers each time I post, which is interesting because that rarely happens on my Facebook fan page, but I haven't made a sale from Instagram yet. I have now linked my Instagram to automatically post to my Facebook page each time I post because I do think it's worth being on both, but I personally find only one is worth actually looking though.
