- Tina will teach three starting methods, from the live model, to help you explore oil painting.
- Learn to see value, create form and understand edges to control your composition and create dramatic portraiture.
- Each day Tina will teach you how to organize your palette to mix realistic colors, values and temperatures for different skin types.

Description:
All levels welcome in this comprehensive study of oil painting starting methods including, open grisaille, line and value block in and Tina's favorite, selective start. Tina creates a relaxed, no rules environment, generously sharing many approaches to creating great work. Tina will share her color mixing philosophy, important tips on painting from photographs, as well as insights on posing the model, lighting and painting the portrait as a commission.
