Neuroplasticitiy

Learning is a fascinating process. Did you know that deliberate practice builds myelin (a fat layer) on our synapses, allowing information to transfer much faster? In a nutshell. This is neuroplasticity. This is learning. Do things over and over again, so your brain cells get fatter. 

Think about it. No other body part functions better when you make it fatter. No other body part gets fatter the more you work it out. Seriously, cheers to fat brains everywhere!
