I don't think there is a martini recipe shortage. Pretty much anything you can think of, there's a martini named after it. The rose martini uses maraschino cherries, now that they stopped using the 1960's carcinogenic red dyes I grew up on, for its red color. But even just dressing up martini glasses with the things they are named after conjures a beautiful visual. I hope this one makes you feel happy!
