55th Annual Mountain Oyster Club Contemporary Western Art Show and Sale

Dear Debra,

The Art Committee met last week to select pieces for the 2024 Show and we are delighted to accept It Comes at you Fast. Please wait until Wednesday, September 25 to post on social media to allow time for all notifications to be sent. 

Your art must be delivered to the Club no later than Friday, October 18 unless prior arrangements have been made. The delivery instructions are attached; please contact Alisha if you have any questions. 

Put the following dates for the opening weekend on your calendars! Invitations with details for these events will be emailed next week.

Friday, November 22 at 5:30 pm - Participating Artist and MO Member Dinner

Saturday, November 23 at 1:30 pm- 4:30 pm Artist and Patron Reception

Sunday, November 24 at 3:00 pm – Art Show Main Event/Drawing

We are pleased to have a section of the Mountain Oyster Club web page dedicated to promoting the art show and your artwork. The page will be updated with the work for the 2024 Art Show the first week in October. We encourage you to place a link on your website, if you have one, so that your collectors may to go to www.mountainoysterclub.com and preview your artwork. 

If you have patrons that would be interested in attending the event, please have them contact Alisha and she will be happy to send them an invitation to Sunday’s Show.
